Rice Syrups

Our rice syrups and solids are made from whole rice, using a process we invented where the enzymatically digested rice is lightly filtered. With much of the original rice left in the syrup, its added fats and proteins improve the way that our rice syrups interact with water, thus improving the humectancy and shelf life of each product. This makes the end-product more nutritious and more functionally powerful than carbohydrates alone, resulting in syrup with a mild, buttery flavor. 


While others need to add chemicals to improve humectancy and mouthfeel, CNP's rice syrup and solids already have great humectancy and mouthfeel naturally.

Tapioca Syrup

Our tapioca syrup is a natural sweetener and an alternative to sugar, honey, sucrose, maple syrup, and corn syrup in your baked goods with little to no flavor or color. Tapioca starch is combined with water  and then goes through the enzymatic process. We offer tapioca syrups in a wide range of dextrose equivalents (DE).
