Soups and Broths

Delicious, pureed soups and broths made from farm-fresh vegetables

Main Content

For nearly 40 years, we have been manufacturing a variety of pureed soups and rich broths made from fresh vegetables and traditional spices and flavors. Thanks to our location in San Joaquin Valley, known as the "food basket of the world," your customers can enjoy access to a broad range of high quality, fresh vegetables. Our advanced aseptic manufacturing process keeps your soups and broths shelf-stable, flavorful, rich, and safe for 12 to 18 months.

High Quality

Soups, Broths, and Aseptic Processing

As part of our manufacturing process, your soups and broths are manufactured and packaged in a commercially sterile environment.  Our facility and our processes virtually eliminate all microorganisms that cause spoilage.

During the manufacturing process, we rapidly heat and cool your soups and broths to make them commercially-sterile and to keep them flavorful. Once the manufacturing process is complete, we put your products into commercially sterile packaging to maintain freshness. We can package soups and broths in Tetra Prisma® Aseptic 500 ml or Tetra Brik® Aseptic 1000 ml Slim packages. (You can learn more about our Tetra Pak® packaging capabilities here.

Quality Assurance

While manufacturing your soups and broths, our quality assurance team regularly tests samples of your products to help ensure your standards have been met. This process helps provide consistent, high-quality products.

After your products have been manufactured, our teams test samples for consistency and safety. We pride ourselves on providing this extra step for additional peace of mind. And if our testing reveals that your soups or broths do not meet your standards, they will not be released.
