Rice base is made from rice and water. It is rice milk in a concentrated form . Our rice base is naturally sweet with an opaque, off-white appearance that looks like light cream.
White rice vinegar base is a colorless liquid with a hint of sweetness.
Soy base is a concentrated liquid extracted from soybeans in our Lathrop, California, facility. Whole soybeans go through our separation process using only two ingredients: soybeans and water. Perishable with a shelf life of five days, therefore the base should immediately be used in making finshed products.
Rolled organic oats are mill-ground to powder/flour then processed with water and enzymes to create its concentrated form. Our oat base is naturally sweet and looks like heavy cream, with an opaque, off-white appearance. Just add more water to change the consistency for drinks, or add sweeteners or flavors to make end products such as oat milk.
Tea leaves are steeped to perfection then filtered to get any particles out prior to being used to make finished products such as iced teas, chai teas, or herbal teas.
